RAW REPLENISH
This is my current favorite and if I could drink it all day long… I would. The watermelon/mojito flavor is fantastic, and the ingredients provide excellent level of electrolytes keeping you effectively hydrated. I use this for any training session over an hour.
Nutritional Fueling
I have been experimenting with creating my own protein bars and solid fuel for my long rides. While I could theoretically make it with just the sports drinks, multi-hour rides, for me, require real ‘food’. Will share some recipes of my own on the site as well as link to others I’ve been trying.
